Inviting traffic to your site is very important to your visibility on the web. If you have friends or co-associates in your job who has similar interests in creating websites would normally have a guest book for you to fill up. Don’t forget to post on their site as a form of appreciating their own site & not forgetting to sell yourself in that small alotted space given to you by your associate. Even if people would hardly go to their site, lets say 100+ visitors that day may have visited their site & from that 100 or so visitors on their site 10 of them found your link their and thought that it was a useful site. They will click and visit your site from there. You have made your part, for me I would call it “Seed Advertising”. It may take you 30 mins to post an article or an entry on their guest book or contacts form. But least you leave a seed on their site with your information & a way for people on their site to visit yours. If you have a friend or buddy who loves blogging to, ask them if they want a guest blogger who can assist them in creating a blog entry for them on their site. It saves from from creating an entry for that day but it also shows that you are advertising your site at the end of the day. Putting seeds all over the Internet will surely help you create a traffice into your website.
