The Challenges Of Earning A Passive Income.
The rest of the world knows how to earn money by having to work 8 hours every day & get paid at the end of two weeks or sometimes if you are lucky on a weekly basis. To everyone, it is an honest living. To some it’s what you call a dead end job. To you, what do you think it work is?
People know what passive income means, they know the possibility of it but many of you think that this is a myth, that earning passive income isn’t possible. But there is a way for you to earn this income but you first have to start by learning by changing your way of thinking. You first have to start thinking that getting a passive income is possible & never give up on achieving this status.
The meaning of a passive income is earning money on a regular basis that requires little effort on your end giving you the time to do stuff that you are interesting in doing.
For example; if you own an apartment. Rent it out to tenants so that you can collect rent from these people. As this process requires little effort this is what is known as passive income.
“PENSION” is also another form of passive income but you will have to wait till you become of age before the government can grant you this income. By then you will be too old to enjoy life’s treasures.
There are so many ways to get a passive income, you just have to know how to get it and be persistent in doing so.
For me, I find it challenging to achieve this status as I am still in the early stage of developing my first form of income stream on the web. There are so many types of income stream and I still have only discovered one solid enough for you to live from, provided that you have a regular traffic stream coming through your website.
Growing up my parents told me to go to school & get high grades so I can be accepted in a company that will give me good monthly income & hopefully without being retrenched first or fired that I would get a good pension from the government when I passed the age of 60. But my uncle thought me differently & this value I have learned to accept and attempt to grow from. Living my life mostly on my own starting from the time I graduated in High School. I learned that growing up in the Philippines is very tough, the place where I found my wonderfully beautiful and supportive wife, Christine Lim Agoncillo. Inspired by her, I have longed dreamed that passive income is possible for a simple person like me.
Ok, I am going to tell you now that achieving this status requires a strong initial effort on your part to get the income started, then do minimal work (or in some cases virtually no work at all) afterwards which results in earning more simply doing less. The art of doing less for more seems like a dream to many people, but there are so much secrecy in doing this that so many has failed simply because they didn’t know how.
That’s what inspired me to create this blog so that I can shed some light to many who are searching. Please remember that going down this road can make you succeed or to many, there is a high chance of failure.
The advantage of having a passive income is that you can choose to work when and wherever you want to work. You don’t have to rely on a regular 9-5 hour schedule.
One great advantage of having a passive income is that you can choose to have one income stream or create multiple income streams, and what more create an unlimited amount of income you are only limited by your imagination.
If you are successful you now have a lot of free time on your hands which is the goal that you will automatically achieve after this. Time that you can spend with your family, friends or again go on a vacation that you have always dreamed off.
Once you have succeeded in getting a residual income, you now have the ability to give to a charitable cause, plus income towards your future retirement.
